Keypoint Trust is the Trustee and Custodian of EBRIT, and is a closed joint stock company established in 2008. It is licensed by the CBB to provide trust services, and has set up and administered trusts for various entities.
- Investment Manager
Eskan Bank is the investment manager of EBRIT. Eskan Bank was established in 1979 with the role of providing mortgage backed financing for the citizens of the Kingdom of Bahrain with low to medium incomes. Eskan Bank also engages in property development. Acting as investment manager, Eskan Bank is charged with managing the Trust Property in accordance with the Trust Instrument, Investment Policy and the Prospectus. Therefore aiming to achieve the objectives of the Trust.

SICO Fund Services is the Administrator of EBRIT and is licensed as an Investment Business Firm – Category 2 by the CBB to provide fund administration, custody and registrar services. Their services include maintaining the books of the Trust on an ongoing basis and preparing the management accounts. They also calculate the Net Asset Value of the Trust on a monthly basis and provide periodic dividend calculations. In addition to this, they prepare the financial statements of the Trust.

Savills was founded in the United Kingdom in 1855 and has become one of the largest real estate advisory firms globally. They have had a long standing presence in Bahrain as Cluttons, which was acquired by Savills. They undertake the management of the properties and their facilities and are in charge of all leasing activities.

- SICO is the market maker of the Trust. The goal of the market maker is to assist in creating liquidity for the Units on the Bahrain Bourse, thereby creating an efficient secondary market.
